GUIDALBERTO 750ML

Guidalberto is a full-bodied wine with intense red fruit flavors supported by ripe, silky tannins. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon/40% Merlot. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature and maintained at around 27-28 degrees Celcius with no usage of external yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, took place gradually and slowly for one month. The wine was aged for 15 months in barriques of 40% new wood, 40% second passage and 20% in equal shares of third and fourth passage. The was a subsequent refinement of 3 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
