Pre-Pickup Queries

  • How can I check my order status?

Order status is displayed in the account section of our website, under “order history”.

  • How will I be notified when my order is ready for pickup?

As soon as your order is ready for pickup, an email/text message will be sent to you. You can collect your order from the customer service desk at your selected location.

  • Is there a service fee for in-store pickup?
    • Yes, there is a nominal fee of $1 for in-store pickup
  • Can I modify my order after I've placed it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited once they have been placed. If you wish to swap out products, please communicate this to our store team.

  • What do I need to bring with me when picking up my order?

Please ensure you have your valid government-issued picture identification and the credit card you used for the order at hand. The ID will be used to verify your identity during pickup.

  • When can I collect my order?

When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email/ text message. Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours.

  • Where do I go to pick up my order in-store?

You can collect your order from the customer service desk at our store.

Post-Pickup Concerns

  • Where can I locate the receipt for my order?

Order details can be found on the “Order History” section of your account profile. Just click on the order number and the order details will be displayed.

  • Is there a minimum age to purchase alcohol or other items from your stores?

Customers must be of the legal drinking age in their province or territory to buy alcohol from our stores. The legal age varies by region.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several forms of payment, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and cash in our physical stores.

  • Can I shop online?

Absolutely! We provide an online shopping experience where you can browse our collections and arrange for pick-up from your preferred store.

  • Can I place an order for delivery?

Currently, we only offer in-store pickup for orders.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

While we do not offer gift cards, our experienced in-store team will be more than happy to assist you with your purchase, regardless of the recipient or occasion.

  • Are there any restrictions on the quantity of liquor one can purchase?

We don't impose quantity restrictions on liquor purchases, but we do remind our customers to drink responsibly.

  • When will my favourite product be restocked?

If a particular product is currently unavailable, please drop us an email and we'll gladly assist you.
