The Evel Tinto is crafted from grapes sourced from vines at Quinta das Carvalhas, Quinta dos Aciprestes, and Quinta de Cidrô, situated in Pinhão, Vale do Tua, and São João da Pesqueira. The first two sites enjoy a warm climate that contributes to the production of structured and elegant wines, while Quinta de Cidrô benefits from a cooler climate that allows for the slow maturation of grapes, resulting in aromatic wines with smooth tannins. The Evel Red is recognized as a quintessential Douro wine, characterized by aromas of red fruit and green notes typical of the region. It presents a balanced, flavorful profile with a round mouthfeel, good structure, and a fruity, persistent finish.
