Rum Cask:
Nose: Vanilla, caramel, tropical fruit, oak, cinnamon, nutmeg
Palate: Toffee, brown sugar, dark fruit, molasses, rum-raisin, baking spices, toasted oak
Finish: Caramel, vanilla, dark sugar, dried tropical fruits, tobacco, clove, cocoa-seasoned oak, honey.
Toasted: Nose: Caramel, vanilla, spearmint, Juicy Fruit gum, baking spices, and oak.
Palate: A nice peppery spiciness on the first sip. Beyond that are notes of cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla, caramel, and oak.
Finish: Sweet and spicy and of medium length. Notes of honey, vanilla, black pepper, black tea, cinnamon, and oak.
Yellowstone Bourbon:
Nose: Dry oak, menthol, dark fruit, rye spice, banana, dried cherry, caramel, herbs, licorice, and brown butter
Palate: Creamy with vanilla fudge, herbaceous spice, rich toffee, smoked caramel, roasted hazelnuts, peanut brittle, flamed orange zest, and toasted sourdough bread
Finish: Lasting cardamom and nutmeg heat, smoky oak, and brown sugar
