A quintessential medium bodied white made from exciting Vancouver Island grape varieties Sauvignette, Petit Milo and Amiel. Allegro is our most dynamic wine for pairing with food and is sure to impress both the casual wine drinker and sommelier alike. Notes of grapefruit, green papaya, and white flowers complement its bright mouthfeel and generous length. A bright and cheerful wine, Allegro shows aromas of apple, white peach, bosc pear and grapefruit on the nose. On the palate Allegro is dry with brick acidity showing flavours of ruby grapefruit, white peach and green apple. Although it pairs seamlessly with a patio, deck or dock, it has flair with roast chicken with herbs, halibut, or if you're feeling ambitious, a dried fruit and nut stuffed pork loin.
