Produced to Scottish purity standards, our second batch Single Malt Whisky is a triple wood, starting its aging process in Newly-Charred American Oak for the first 2 years, then moving over to an Ex-Bourbon cask for 1 year, and finishing in an Ex-Merlot cask for the final 6 months of its aging life. This 3.5 year Single Malt is 100% Two-Row Alberta Malted Barley, that drinks closer to a 10+ year Scotch or international Single Malt! This Single Malt has beautiful notes of tobacco, leather, vanilla, dried fruits, and a hint of smoke. Complex only begins to describe this whisky!
