EOLO, the keeper of the Winds, was captivated by a four-hectare vineyard established in 1912 on the northern bank of the Mendoza River in Luján de Cuyo, situated at an elevation of 983 meters above sea level. The vineyard has been nurtured for generations through a combination of soil, climate, winds, water, and human expertise, allowing each vintage to showcase the true expression of its terroir. The wine produced from this single vineyard Malbec is aged for 18 months in French oak—50% in medium toast barrels and 50% in third-use foudres—followed by an additional 12 months in the bottle. This exquisite Malbec is characterized by its elegance and precision, with an aging potential of up to 15 years.
