TOMATIN 12YR 2008 SAUTERNES CASK SINGLE MALT SCOTCH 700ML

Aroma: Apricot jam with pieces of orange and lemon, yellow fruits (peach, mirabelle plum) with subtle noble rot and creaminess, alcohol content fits well, with some oak tones that harmonize wel. Palate: good strength, but not as oily as expected, the sweetness (honey) is only subtle, otherwise a few fruits, mineral and oak, seems inharmonious. Finish: Sweet, yellow fruit, stronger oak, dry, minerally and a good portion of salt.
