10 Year Old - Rich and elegant nose combining aromas of ripe berry fruit with a delicate nuttiness and subtle mellow notes of chocolate, butterscotch, and fine oak wood. Figgy, jammy flavors persist on the long finish. 20 Year Old - Opulent and voluptuous nose of complex spicy, jammy, and nutty aromas, with hints of orange flower and fine oak coming from the long period of aging in cask. 30 Year Old - Hints of dried fruit and honey offset the rich nutty aromas. 40 Year Old - An exceptional density, with a powerful nose of dried fruit, honey, and a touch of spice. Impressions of nutmeg, roasted coffee, and an intense nuttiness converge both in the bouquet and on the palate. The wine’s rich, intense, voluptuous, almost viscous texture culminates in a finish of incredible length.
