This 4 year old Canadian whisky is a chewy caramel, spiced fruit Single Cask release of hard red wheat whisky, finished in a spicy rye cask from Kentucky. It’s produced to mimic the early frontier wheat whiskies that were given a splash of rye. Less than 500 bottles produced. Spiced dry rye, caramel, and a cinnamon twist, waltzing inappropriately at a KY line dance. A bespoke selection from the rickhouses of Strathcona Spirits by Wine & Beyond’s Ryan Engen.
