A delicious blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes features tropical notes of gooseberry, lime, and white peach, complemented by subtle hints of fynbos, blackcurrant leaf, and a touch of white asparagus that add depth. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 12°C and 14°C, with a small portion of the Sémillon fermented in French oak barrels to enhance complexity. The wine matured on the lees for four months before bottling.
