Withing the striking light-blue ceramic Cobra decanter, is a 50-50 blend of 2.5 year-old Anejo Tequila aged in ex-whiskey barrels and Blanco Tequila. It pours out a golden hue, with mild banana and vanilla aromas. The silky pallet opens with toasted coconut and vanilla sweetness, enlivened with a hint of lemon peel acidity. The exhale suggests vanilla cream pie plus faint cayenne tingle. Complex and distinct traditional taste. Clean, Earthy, Smooth. No flavoring additives. NOM 1522, Amatitan, Jalisco, Mexico.
