Plenty of bright, nostalgia-filled sweet and floral notes - candyfloss by the seaside, fresh lavender and spun sugar. Next appears more heady, rich notes such as toasted crumpets and maple syrup. A slight herbaceous background of cucumber infused water and fresh basil.Taste: Sticky sweet, with indulgent caramel sauce, saltwater taffy and sugar coated hazelnuts - all with a background of ashy smoke. A cup of fresh peppermint tea, sweetened with blossom honey, followed by a touch of savoury character.Palate: Spoonfuls of plum jam round out a succulent finish.
