SILVER PALM CABERNET SAUVIGNON 750ML

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby in color, with aromas of black currants, anise, tobacco, and dark chocolate. Flavors of blackberries, cherries, cocoa and toasty oak are complimented by round, soft tannins, leading to a silky, lingering finish. 2014 was an early growing season, with mild temperatures and no rain or heat extremes. The season began early, with a warm and dry spring, and the weather stayed consistent all the way through to an early harvest. Warm days and cool nights allowed grapes to ripen slowly, producing amazing quality and moderate yields for the vintage. Our winemakers are thrilled at the potential of the 2014 wines coming off the heels of the 2013 vintage. (Holiday Tax Exempt)
