SANDHILL CABERNET FRANC 750ML @ Deerfoot Meadows [1018442]
The grapes undergo a gentle crush, then fermented in small fermenters with Brunello yeast. Fermentation on skins with daily pump-overs for two weeks before draining off. Full malolactic fermentation for a supple mouthfeel. Aged in French oak barrels for 26 months.
