Intense, ruby-red color with nice transparency. The nose reveals fresh, nearly-juiced fruit with cherry and strawberry prevailing. Spicy nuances of pepper, as well as violets, enhance the bouquet. Full-bodied but not heavy thanks to tightly-knit, yet not-aggressive, tannins. Crisp but well-balanced acidity and effectively-containing alcohol. Lovely, succulent, clean finish.
