NEON COAST CHARDONNAY 750ML

Harvested from select vineyards within California. The juice was stainless steel fermented, then aged for 8 months in French and American oak barriques. A partial malolactic fermentation was encouraged to soften and round out the mouthfeel, yet still retaining a touch of fresh acidity.
