We are proud to launch batch 1 of our Barrel Select Rye whisky. This whisky was distilled just outside Edmonton, Alberta using 100% locally sourced grains including a heavy dose of rye blended with malt barley. This whisky came from a single ex-bourbon barrel and was hand selected by Ryan Engen.
