Palate: Elegant and well balanced with mature flavours of leather, spiced forest fruits and roasted game. Powerful, persistent flavours ensure a wine of excellent length that is a pleasure to drink. Food and wine matching: Serve at 17 °C. Enjoy with beef tartare, wild boar, moussaka, wild mushroom risotto, blue cheses, or with a dessert of chocolate fondant in raspberry coulis or a spicy apple blackberry pie.
