Small, high-quality plots from the Petite Champagne and Fin Bois region, were selected to create this organic VSOP. A blend of 8 eaux-de-vie, aged a minimum of 7 years in lightly toasted Limousin oak. Hardy Organic espouses the haute couture style of the firm in all its mellow, feminine elegance. Our spirits reveal a delicate bouquet reminiscent of spring flowers. The nose echoes the mouth with a beautiful longevity on the palate and sweet aromas of fresh pear, vanilla and roasted hazelnut. This VSOP stands out by its added hint of freshness and aromatic purity. Organic Cognac is very rare.
