GONZALEZ BYASS TRES FINO 500ML

The NV Fino Tres Palmas is pushing biological aging to the limit, with 10 years under flor, getting close to an Amontillado, with a light brown color and a nose of hazelnuts intermixed with the marine and saline notes. It reminds me of varnished wood, with a very sharp palate, intense and complex.
