Its fruity character is largely attributed to the low fermentation temperatures, ranging from 14 to 16°C, which help preserve a significant portion of the natural grape aromas in the final wine. The Cava presents a pale yellow color with bright green highlights and features a fine, persistent sparkle that culminates in a good crown.
