Jacques & François Lurton pioneered Pinot Gris plantings in Argentina where the varietal yields extremely fruity, juicy and mineral wines. Grapes are night-harvested, hand-sorted and destemmed; must is clarified with cold settling, and then racked and fermented in stainless steel; wines are aged a month on lees with weekly stirring (battonage) to increase body and richness.
