Dark ruby red with light red rays. Deep and initially unfathomable on the nose. But any explorer's mind will be enraptured as it opens slowly and very balanced with red cherries, currants, earth, sage and liquorice, revealing more facets with each passing minute. Finally, the mouthfeel shows a similar level of extreme flavour balance with very fine but still young tannins. This medium-weight structure, coupled with the wine's natural acidity, is an important guarantee of its great longevity. Our clear conclusion: There is not only a lot to discover here, but also to admire.
