DOMAINE NICO GRAND PERE PINOT NOIR 750ML

The vineyard is old, planted in Villa Bastías with Dijon Clones in 1993. The Grand Père parcel is more shaded, producing delicate red fruits and high acidity, with a mineral quality. In contrast, the Grand Mère parcel receives more sunlight, resulting in generous and silky tannins. Winemaking practices are traditional and gentle to preserve the delicacy of these wines. Yields are extremely low at both sites due to the age of the vineyard.
