DALE DEGROFF BITTERS PIMENTO 150ML

Dale DeGroff's Pimento Aromatic Bitters™ is a handcrafted allspice cocktail bitters created by Master Bar Chef Dale DeGroff and absinthe distiller T. A. Breaux, that is a revival of a style of bitters that all but disappeared by the latter 20th century. Production: Produced in the historic Combier distillery (Saumur, France), by the infusion and distillation of a blend of select botanicals. This process creates a cocktail bitters that enhances flavor without overpowering the drink. Allspice berries provide the foundation, which is layered with complimentary tropical and Mediterranean spices. Completely artisanal in construction, crafted entirely from whole botanicals, and without commercial flavorings and/or artificial dyes. Cocktails: Use it to spice a wide range of classic and modern favorites like the Piña Colada, Painkiller, Mai Tai, whiskey or Champagne cocktails. Add a dash to accent straight spirits like grappa, gin, and whiskey.
