This premium whisky is raised in once used, white oak barrels. It is then rebarreled in new, heavily toasted, lightly charred white oak barrels and rests for extended maturation. We finish with our toasted maplewood stave finishing process. The result is a complex Canadian whisky with a high rye content radiating dry cinnamon spice that warms a delicate medley of toasted oak and light orchard fruit flavors. Made by real people in a real town - Collingwood.
