A mix of fruity flavours – apple, pear, pineapple, quince jelly – subtly complemented by smoky notes, anise and a touch of lavender honey. Palate: A creamy feel, tender and unctuous. A first impression of citrus and lime. Notes of juicy pineapple and crisp apple followed by smoky touches and sea salt. A finishing note of honey for a wine of endless charms.
