Nicolás Catena Zapata selected the Tupungato appellation with its pebble-covered soils and extreme cool nights, to plant the family's Chardonnay vineyards. Tupungato lies between 4000 and 5000ft in the foothills of the Andes mountains. This Chardonnay is deeply aromatic with expressive citrus fruit aromas and rich mineral notes.
