Luminous ruby red color. Floral red violet and fruity scents of ripe red fruits. Warm, impressive, and soft with well-balanced tannins. This wine is produced with 100% primitive grapes, farmed according to a strict organic protocol, hand-harvested during first ten days of October. Vinified in thermo-conditioned steel vats, and once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged additional 4 months in concrete vats before being filled in bags in total absence of oxygen. Enjoy at 14-16 degc.
