CANTINE TORRI ORGANIC MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO DOC 3L

Born in Martinsicuro (TE) at an altitude of 290 metres, ideal to guarantee an extraordinary temperature range, from a vine that is over thirty years old, grown with a Tendone system and with a magnificent south/south-east exposure. A pure wine, obtained from a strictly manual harvest in the first ten days of October, from a certified organic agriculture, which guarantees the utmost respect for the surrounding environment. The nose reveals an interesting bouquet of red flowers, violets and carnation supported by subtle balsamic notes. Taste is intense and persistent, it is characterised by the right warmth and a nice softness. The vinification occurs in thermo-conditioned steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation and subsequent 6-months-maturation in cement tanks before being bottled in the total absence of oxygen.
