Pleasantness and fruitiness characterize this wine made from grapes fermented at a low temperature. Color is straw yellow with sparkling golden hues. On the nose, White flowers, including sage, broom, and a fruity note of peach and apricot. On the pallet it is pungent, fresh and savory, in perfect coherence with the nose. Vinification in thermo-conditioned steel vats followed by a sparkling process using the Martinotti-Charmat method for at least 3 months in autoclaves, and then isobaric bottling and corking.
