This extra pale ale is crafted using freshly-picked Mosaic hops sourced from the renowned Loftus Ranches in the Yakima Valley. Fresh hop season is a highlight for our brewing team! We traveled to the Yakima Valley to collect the freshly harvested Mosaic hops directly from the farm and quickly returned to Penticton to brew.
