Apricot fromage frais adds a hint of vanilla and furniture polish, alongside ashen, meaty peat. Palate: The taste presents a powerful combination of sooty chimney smoke, herbaceous peat, and aged oak. A soft, smooth texture reveals flavors of Eat Me dates and chocolate salted almonds, which cushion the savory layers of parma ham and biltong. Finish: The experience concludes with coastal bonfire embers smoldering while smoked herbs cling to vanilla wafers. Although there is a presence of spice, it remains subdued beneath a silky layer of stone fruits that gradually emerge over time.
