Fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and flavour; the nose showcases notes of jasmine, early morning orange blossom, dew and country herbs. Fresh, juicy and slightly saline on the mid-palate with vibrant acidity that delivers succulence and brightness to the medium- to full-bodied palate with flavours of white peach and Meyer lemon.
