Our second Wilderness Series release ventures further into the Canadian wilderness, Mitlenatch Island. We cut the whisky with distilled water collected from the maple-smoked salt making process, where seawater is evaporated over maple wood fires. A bold, smooth whisky with a deep minerality, elemental smokiness, and a salty-sweet finish.
