Grapes ferment with a 30+ day maceration with punch downs. The wine ages for about 18 months in a mix of cement tanks, old French barriques and large barrels. Malolactic fermentation occurs. The resulting wine is deeply, intensely dark-fruited with a bit of wood at an early stage, but lots of transparency as well.
