FERNIE NIGHTHAWK FARMHOUSE IPA 473ML 4PK CAN

A hopped-up version of our Saison, this Farmhouse IPA goes back to our roots. Spicy, fruity & dry-hopped with Sorachi Ace & Hallertau Blanc. Our Farmhouse IPA has the same yeast strain as our Saison, slightly higher in alcohol and lighter in content. Low in bitterness, but heavily dry hopped with Centennial, Sorachi Ace and Hallertau Blanc. Sorachi Ace has a distinct lemon flavour, and Hallertau Blanc has strong notes of citrus and passion fruit, similar to an Australian variety. The hops mixed with the Saison yeast strain create an interesting blend of flavours.
