Like honey to a bear, our smooth B3 Merlot is a delightful treat to savour. The style and structure that you'd expect from a solid wine from the Okanagan Valley. Medium-bodied, this Merlot opens on the nose with wild blueberries, violets, and red plums. It then overflows with flavours of black cherry, more blueberries, mocha, and clove spice. A long finish that has touches of cedar from oak aging.
